Kelsey is a senior AI/ML engineer and data scientist with expertise building responsible, production-ready algorithms and systems. She has held data science, data engineering, and data infrastructure roles across a number of industries, including retail, education, health, and policy.
While her technical acumen is strong, she takes great pride and care in effectively translating technical concepts, matching solution complexity to the problem at hand, and approaching algorithms with an equity-first perspective. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics, as well as undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics.
